I've yet to go through it and test a number of them out to see if it can resolve my earlier issue, but the folder is Steam/steamapps/common/Pillars of Eternity/PillarsofEternity_Data/assetbundles/prefabs/objectbundle if anyone else needs them. I just tested it out and anything with a space, for me, in the name requires an underscore (_) for me, and does not work if I remove the space ĪddAbility Aloth Field_Triage works for me, butĪlso, you can see the actual names of abilities/talents in the objectbundle folder, apparently. So, until they get those working there's no real loss from cheating even if it does flag the save, although if they get turned on later and it does flag the save you are, obviously boned.ĭream1r interesting. I'd be happy to test it out and see except achievements aren't working yet for Steam (there are no achievements visible game is improperly categorized on Steam, I believe). I've heard some say that it flags the save when you use the iroll20s command and achievements are then disabled for the entire playthrough, but I've also heard some say that if you save and reload you can get achievements. Is "disable achievements" permanently to a profile or just while console commands are unlocked? No idea why, but that's what I saw from a quick test of it. Just did a quick test and it seems to work, although I found after a scene transition certain commands no longer had any affect (such as AttributeScore and Skill), while others such as GivePartyMoney did. Hit the tilde (`) key, hit enter and type: iroll20s to unlock the console commands (disables achievements). Looks like the command ToggleIgnoreZoomRange might override the baked in. Pretty Sweet Have you ever wanted to zoom in a little. on the new window go to the general tab and click on the Set Launch Options and type -console, then press ok. You can change the Zoom range on both PoE and Deadfire with a console command. To do this go to the steam library and right click on Pillars Of Eternity 2: Deadfire and then click on properties, this will bring out a new window. Why can't we cheat properly in this game :D Edited Maby dream1r A place to discuss the Obsidian Entertainment’s game Pillars of Eternity and Pillars of Eternity II. ![]() :/Īlright solution worked but it adds talents to ability section in character sheet, instead of talent section. Also game didn't accept "_" for class abilities f.e I had to write "BruteForce" instead of "Brute_Force" for it to work but neither "FieldTriage" nor "Field_Triage" worked. There was no issue in using it on Aloth, for example, multiple times, however.Īll in all there's a lot left to figure out.ĭoesn't work for me somehow. I'm guessing that's because while the talent name is Sanctifier, the game adds something else onto it.Īdditionally, I was unable to use AttributeScore on my player character later in the game (but I did it just fine in the camp after game launch), or on hired Adventurer's. For example, I tried AddAbility Lucinius Sanctifier and nothing happened. However, in testing most others didn't work and I assume because I didn't know the name the game uses for id. In lieu of "Lucinius", of course, you would use whatever the name of your character is. I used the following two to test and they both worked I don't get it either, but that's how it is. Edited Maby dream1rĪddAbility is what is used for talents. Skill Lucinius Athletics 6 will give the player named Lucinius a base Athletics score of 6)Īnyway to add talents? Don't cheat *too* much with the console commands! :Cant's wink and grin icon: ![]() I removed the other one since this one had more in it. Sure, at this level you will find a ton of enchanted swords, but the base stats are the same. At level 12 they will drop the same sword. So min-maxing to get a +2 in 3 stats is a big boost. ![]() So this basically means, if you created a char with 18 might, you will have at most 20 might at end game. A combination of found and enchanted gear will allow you to upgrade your main stats, but the same bonus from two sources does not stack. They are hard to find initially, but they give +1/+2 to 1/2 stats. Leveling up only makes you more endurant.īut there are items that give attribute bonuses. Your initial build is what you will have forever.
